Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will try our best to find a solution. Refunds and exchanges are conducted under limited circumstances, within 7 days of receipt of purchased item(s).

A return material authorization (RMA) is required for all refunds and exchanges. In order to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us using our contact form. Ensure to include your order number and reason for the return or exchange request. Authorized return or exchange orders must be returned in original packaging, unworn, and undamaged in new condition with the original invoice. No credit will be issued until receipt of the returned merchandise has been accessed. Eclectically Simple, LLC reserves the right to refuse to conduct a refund or an exchange.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs, including shipping insurance, for item(s) returned to Eclectically Simple, LLC.

* Credits issued will not include original shipping and handling fees, insurance or PayPal processing fees. A restocking fee of 80% of the original cost will be assessed if the item is returned worn or damaged. Credits will be issued in the same manner as the item was purchased.
