Frequently Asked Questions

We hope you will never need to have one of our pieces repaired. However, if a piece requires repairing, jewelry sold from this website will be repaired within 6-months of purchase at no charge. *  If a repair is required after the 6-month
period, there will be a charge based on the type of repair required.

As some of our pieces
are one-off pieces indicated as "one-of-a-kind", we may no longer
have the exact beads available to replicate your jewelry in its original
design. Every attempt will be made to do so, but it may be necessary to use similar components while keeping the original design of your piece. You will be notified by email prior to the repair should this be the case.*

* Note: Additional charges  (to include warrantied items) will apply when beads, stones and/or metals are necessary to complete the repair. Charges will be emailed to you and approved by you prior to the repair. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Although customer satisfaction is our highest priority, we do not accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will try our best to find a solution. Exchanges are conducted under limited circumstances, within 7 days of receipt of purchased item(s)*.

*Earrings
are not returnable or exchangeable for Hygienic reasons.



A return material authorization (RMA) is required for all exchanges. In order to initiate an exchange, please contact us using our contact form.

Ensure to include your order number and reason for the exchange request.
Authorized exchange orders must be returned in original packaging, unworn, and undamaged in new condition with the original invoice. Eclectically Simple, LLC reserves the right to refuse to conduct an exchange.



 

The customer is responsible for
shipping costs, including shipping insurance, for item(s) returned to
Eclectically Simple, LLC.
